Weight Loss – Eat to Live, Not Live to Eat

How many of you want to eat what you like to eat and still loss weight? How many of you? How many of you have tried any kind of weight loss solution that didn’t work?
In this speech, we’ll be looking at some of these weight loss solutions. For example pills like Ephedra, it only works in the short term, and it has medical side effects that are not good for you. Another weight loss solution called Gastric bypass surgery does work but it has severe medical problems. For example, it can cause leakage of acidic stomach contents into the abdomen. It can stretch the stomach over time and this stretched stomach could return back to normal. Realistically, Gastric bypass surgery can cause death. Intensive exercise and dieting do work in the short term, but once you stop the exercise or dieting, you’re more likely to get back to the same weight.
All these modern rapid weight loss solutions are just for the moment. It’s not a permanent cure to loss weight. You need a permanent weight loss solution that does work, and today I’m here to tell you, there is a solution that is safe, cost effective and does work.
This solution is called natural weight loss. With natural weight loss, you gradually lose weight. And once the weight is gone, you won’t gain it back easily. This is a simple, safe and inexpensive weight loss solution that guarantees long term weight loss, but you’ve to make it a lifestyle, not just temporary. Here are some of the tips for natural weight loss:
First, try to identify your hunger level. Rate your hunger level from 1 to 10. For example, Level 1 might be, “I’ve just eaten and feel full.” Level 5 might be, “I’m starting to feel slightly hungry.” Level 7 might be, “I’m feeling hungry now, and it’s good time to eat.” Level 10 might be, “I’m absolutely starving, and I want to eat anything.”
Try to eat around level 6 and 7 when you feel hungry, and try not to get to level 10. Getting to level 10, your hunger would be overwhelmed, and you’re likely to overeat.
Second, try portion control method of eating. It will help you digest the food fast and prevent your stomach from overworking. Instead of eating a meal all at once, try to segment it into portions and eat within the intervals of two or three hours.
Third, try to chew your food properly. The more you chew and break down your food to tiny pieces, the less work your body has to do to digest the food.
Fourth, try not to eat late. Cutting back on late night eating can make a hug difference in your life. Studies have shown that you can loss 5 to 10 pounds in a year just by cutting back on eating late. Imagine losing 5 to 10 pounds a year for five years, you will weigh 50 pound less than what you weigh now.
I once read question and answer section of Naomi Campbell’s interview in readers digest magazine about how she kept her weight under control. She said that she hardly exercises. She mostly eats when she is hungry, and she eats in portions all the time.
Ladies and gentlemen, why should you waste your money, your time and risks your health on weight loss programs that don’t or work in the short term, while you can adapt a life style of natural weigh loss that is simple, inexpensive and safe.
